The Nigerian Navy has told the public that the Exercise will involve the screening of academic certificates/credentials, medical test, physical fitness test, written and oral examinations for confirmation. Selected Candidates of the DSSC for Nigerian Navy are to come along with the following requirements:
a. Originals and photocopies of academic certificates/credentials including:

  • Statement of all Results you are applying with.
  • Testimonial for Primary and Secondary Schools attended (with Scratch Cards for Verification of O’Level Results).
  • Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
  • NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate.
  • Four (4) recent coloured Passport Photographs.

b. Writing materials.

  • 3 pairs of white (unmarked) vests and navy blue shorts.
  • 1 pair of white canvas/trainers.
  • 2 bed sheets and pillow cases.
  • 1 set of Cutleries.
  • Personal Toiletries.

  • Step 2: At the Menu of the homepage Click on “DSSC 24 List”
  • Step 3: Now, Scroll down to PDF attachment and Click on it to check your name

If you want to join Nigerian Navy, here are some information about your region.
Batch A will be tested 25.08.2017 – 31.08.2017. It’s for candidates in the following regions:

  • Kwara;
  • Anambra;
  • Lagos;
  • Bayelsa;
  • Ogun;
  • Delta;
  • Ondo;
  • Ebonyi;
  • Osun;
  • Edo;
  • Oyo;
  • Ekiti.

Batch B will be tested 1.09.2017 – 7.09.2017. Get ready for your test if you live in:

  • Imo;
  • Abia;
  • Kaduna;
  • Akwa Ibom;
  • Kogi;
  • Benue;
  • Nasarawa;
  • Cross River;
  • Niger;
  • Enugu;
  • Rivers;
  • FCT.

For Batch C, testing dates are 8.09.2017 -14.09.2017.

  • Katsina;
  • Adamawa;
  • Kebbi;
  • Bauchi;
  • Plateau;
  • Â Borno;
  • Sokoto;
  • Gombe;
  • Taraba;
  • Jigawa;
  • Yobe;
  • Kano;
  • Zamfara.

Candidates are to bring originals and copies of certificates, sports uniform, and written reports. You should also stock up on 2 sets of blue shorts and white T-shirts, bed linen, personal cutlery and 4 new passport-sized photos.

We have published this post with the aim to inform the General Public especially those candidates that participated in the Nigerian Navy Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) aptitude test that was previously held on 17 December 2018  that the Batch A and Batch B Complete Full List of Successful Candidates for Nigerian Navy Direct Short Service Commission DSSC 2018/2019  aptitude test has been released online last Monday.
With this notice in place, all the selected candidates are hereby invited to appear before the DSSC 24 Selection Board for further screening at the Nigerian Navy Secondary School Ojo, Lagos from 10 – 24 April 2017. The Navy says that all Candidates are to report on 10 April 2017; please note that any selected candidate who fail to report on stipulated date automatically stand disqualified automatically.
